Orders are shipped or delivered weekends & holidays . During high volume periods (sales, holidays) processing may take an additional 5-10 days

We pack every order with care! but if your items arrive damage please contact us within 48 hrs with a photo of the packaging and product. We will replace the damaged item or issue a store credit
Due to the nature of our products for hygiene & safety reasons, all soaps, skincare & bath products are final sale once opened or used
WE ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES IF: The item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect
